Q: How do we clean the prints?
A: Canvas Stretch and Block Mounts can be cleaned with a cloth dampened with water only and the Glass Mount by any means that is required.
Q: How long are the inks to last?
A: Estimated life span of 200 years if kept away from UV rays.
Q: How heavy are the products?
A: The Canvas Stretch is extremely light weight and a 3m x 1m piece can easily be handled by 1 person. The Block Mounts are slightly heavier but very manageable and the Glass Mount is extremely heavy.
Q: Can I supply my own photos?
A: For us to develop a Centrepiece composition we require your own photos. We welcome the printing of all your photos as this is an avenue to rebirth your photography and exhibit your pics in your own capacity.
Q: Will you install the product?
A: We will install the Glass Mount at a call-out fee, however the Block Mount and Canvas Stretch are user friendly and our advice should be suffice. If however you need help, we can charge a call-out fee for our assistance.
Q: Can we print to any size?
A: We can print to 1188mm wide by whatever length, however for Canvas Stretch items, we will not exceed 1m x 3m. For the Block Mount, we will not exceed 700mm x 1500mm. The Glass Mount is limited only by the sheet size of our hardened glass but can be tiles thereafter.
Q: Do you supply simple prints?
A: Whatever your need. We supply simple unfinished print for posters, retail etc.
Q: Are you price competitive?
A: As our overheads are low, we are extremely competitive with our rates; if you supply us a quote we will try bet it to serve you.
Q: What is the quality of your products?
A: Best available. Our printer produces was hand-picked to be 2nd to none in quality.
Q: Do you outsource any of your product?
A: Our studio combines design with print and finishing is handled by our critically selected partnered companies on price and quality.
Q: What size photos must I supply?
A: up to 300dpi at full physical size. 72 dpi is the minimum to achieve a great un-pixelated print.
Q: Can I supply jpegs?
A: We accept Jpeg; EPS; PDF; PSD & Tiff files for reproduction.
Q: Can I email my photos?
A: If your collective email size is under 10MB you may email it with pleasure, if exceeding 10MB, please deliver a CD or Flash Drive.
Q: Can you scan my work and photos?
A: We provide a complete solution and can scan images according to size and quality. Our methods are flat-bed studio scanning; super high resolution drum scanning and digital photographic capture.
Q: Do you do photography?
A: We offer studio photography for pack / product photography and are aligned with other photographers to contract out further requirements.
 Q: Do you deliver?
A: We deliver to greater Durban, thereafter we charge courier rates with our preferred courier unless you have an alternative
